Booking Conditions

Provisional bookings remain firm for one week pending return of booking form and 25% deposit.

The balance is due 6 weeks prior to the proposed arrival date. Non payment by the due date will be treated as a cancellation.

CANCELLATION In the event of cancellation, please advise us immediately. We will attempt to re-let the property and return your payment, less a handling charge of £25.00. If we are unable to re-let all monies will be forfeited.

ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE The cottages are available from 4.00pm on the day of arrival to 10.00am on the day of departure.

GUEST NUMBERS The number of people occupying a cottage must not exceed the number stated without written approval from Heath Farm Cottages.

CLEANING, DAMAGE, BREAKAGES The cottages should be left clean and in the same good condition as found. Any breakages should be reported and we reserve the right to charge for any non-trivial damage.

PETS Well behaved dogs are most welcome, by arrangement. However it should not be left alone in the cottage or allowed to foul the environs of the cottages. If you would like your dog to sit on the furniture please bring a blanket to cover it.

In the unlikely event of your cottage being unavailable for reasons beyond our control, e.g. fire damage, we will endeavour to find similar alternative accommodation or give a complete refund. No further liability will be accepted.

The use of accommodation and amenities including the farm, gardens, grounds and woodland is entirely at the Hirer's risk and no responsibility can be accepted for injury, loss or damage to the Hirer or the Hirer's companions or guests.

ELECTRICITY - Provides all heating and hot water.

BEDDING: includes Duvet and pillowcases,

OVEN & HOB, FRIDGE, MICROWAVE COOKER, TOASTER,

COLOUR TELEVISION, CD PLAYER/RADIO (excludes CD's),

TEA TOWELS, HAND TOWEL, CLOTHES LINE,

Initial supply of: Toilet roll, Kitchen roll, Washing up liquid and cleaning materials.
