Heath farm farm is situated less than one mile from the sea on the south eastern side of the Lizard Peninsula, one of cornwall's most beautiful and secluded areas. The aerial photograph above clearly indicates the farms peaceful location and proximity to the sea. If you look carefully you can see two isolated sandy coves which offer great swimming opportunities.
Although the farm is secluded we are just over a mile from the wonderfully unspoilt fishing village and beach of Coverack and 2.5 miles from the beach at Kennack Sands (further by direct road access). A choice of shops and pubs is available at Coverack and St Keverne (2.5 miles away).
The Lizard Peninsula has a wealth of interest from beaches, gardens and small villages to perhaps the highlights of the spectacular Kynance Cove, the softer lush Helford River and the magnificence of the cliffs around Lizard Point.
The Lizard is surprisingly central for western cornwall with Falmouh being 20 miles away (approx 30 mins), St Ives 24 miles (approx 40 mins) Marazion 20 miles (approx 35 minutes) and the Eden Project 45 miles away (approx70 minutes).
We are very easy to find. Please use the following directions and maplink.
I will give the directions from Helston. Head south past the Culdrose Airbase on the A3083. At the roundabout at the southern end of the base take the first exit onto the B 3293 signposted St Keverne. Continue on this road for the next 9 miles passing the large satellite dishes at Goonhilly. You will see a small petrol station (Zoar Garage) and a brown tourist sign saying Heath Farm Holidays on the right immediately before the garage. Take this road then take the second right turn, again signposted Heath Farm Holidays. You will then come to Heath Farm after about 400 metres on the right.
